This summer I had my first taste of Swallows Nest Barn wedding photography. Laura & Sam’s Warwickshire wedding was so much fun! They had said from the start that the most important thing for them was for me capture them having a good time and partying with friends and family… so that’s exactly what I did. They had perfect weather – bright with a bit of sun at times but not too hot. The speeches were hilarious and the dance floor was epic… what a great wedding!
Converted barn wedding venues are available all over the UK. They offer that beautiful countryside, rustic feel and look pretty incredible in your photos too. The Cotswolds has many stunning barn venues but there are also some amazing ones in Warwickshire. Swallows Nest Barn is definitely one of the best in my opinion.
Swallows Nest Barn
Laura and Sam chose the perfect venue in Swallows Nest Barn; a beautifully converted old barn, a courtyard garden perfect for guests to enjoy a few drinks, and then amazing countryside surroundings for a few couple photos. Located just outside Warwick, not far from the M40 motorway, it’s so easy to get to from all over the country. Oh, and did I mention the food? The food is delicious as well!
My home county of Warwickshire in the West Midlands, has so many great wedding venues and if you have friends and family travelling form all around the country for your wedding, it’s perfectly situated right in the middle. If you want to get away from busy city life for your wedding day the peace and quiet of the rolling countryside is the perfect place.
