It was a pleasure to be Chloe and Luke’s Berry Farm wedding photographer! I was recommended to them after shooting their friends Laura and Mark’s Cripps Barn wedding a year or so earlier. Their day started in Cirencester where Chloe was getting ready at the lovely Stratton House Hotel, followed by the ceremony which was just down the road at All Hallows C of E Church, then the reception was held at the wonderful Berry Farm in South Cerney.
Here’s the story of their day…
7 Reasons to get Married at Berry Farm

- Plenty of outdoor space for marquees or tipis
- A stunning converted barn for ceremonies or your wedding breakfast
- Amazing sunset views
- On site accommodation
- Can be adapted and decorated to suit you
- Just a short walk from the village church, All Hallows
Weddings in Gloucestershire
Gloucestershire is known for its stunning range of wedding locations, from rustic countryside barns to outdoor spaces for tipis and marquees. The beautiful countryside backdrop provides the perfect setting for those wanting to get away from the busy day to day city life. There are venues offering couples ceremony spaces both indoors and outdoors. Gloucestershire also has many awesome suppliers to choose from, from florists to cake makers, to help create your dream wedding.
Cotswolds Wedding Photography
As a photographer I’d say that the Cotswolds is the perfect place to get married if you’re looking for a beautiful countryside location. Known for its rolling hills and picturesque villages, the Cotswolds covers areas of Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire and has some of the best wedding venues in the country IMHO. It’s always exciting when couples book me for weddings in this part of the country. They tend to be laid back people who just want to celebrate with a big party with friends and family rather than it being a too formal occasion. The countryside backdrop makes photographing weddings so much fun!
Tipis at Berry Farm
Berry Farm is an amazing place to have your wedding! Its located within the small village of South Cerney in Gloucestershire, surrounded by stunning countryside. If you’re looking for a location for a rustic tipi wedding, they don’t come better than this! You can have your ceremony in a beautifully converted rustic barn, move outside through the picturesque gardens, and then enjoy your wedding breakfast inside a stunning tipi. As a photographer, I love working at this venue because the fields full of long grasses and the Cotswold stone barns are great for wedding photos.
