Hatton Wedding Photography – Siobhan & Howard

Ooooh my gooooood!!! They are brilliant!! I cried looking at them. Thank you so much!!

Siobhan & Howard

Siobhan and Howard’s wedding was held in Hatton in Warwickshire. A lovely little village only a few miles away from where I live in Leamington. Their day had all the ingredients for a great wedding… dry weather, awesome people just wanting to have fun, and beautiful autumnal colours!

Hatton Church Ceremony

The wedding ceremony was held at the Holy Trinity Church Hatton and conducted by the amazing human being that is Reverend Keith Mobberley. Any ceremony which includes Bob Dylan quotes is a winner for me. They also had Rosie McCauley singing solo during the ceremony – such a beautiful voice!

Marquee Wedding Reception

Howard’s classic Morgan was their wedding car and he left it waiting at the gate for them to make a quick get away after the ceremony. He drove Siobhan back to their house for their drinks reception in their garden. They had a beautifully decorated marquee setup for the wedding breakfast with long rows of rustic trestle tables decorated with autumnal foliage and candles, with fairy lights around the marquee posts to add a bit of sparkle. They had food first, and then the speeches. And they were some great speeches, with the highlight for me being Howard’s young sons doing a joint speech.

Autumn Wedding Photography

Before the first dance, they cut their incredible wedding cake made by the very talented Daisy from Very Vanilla. The cake both looked and tasted amazing! Their first dance wasn’t just your usually awkward shuffle on the dance floor, there were plenty of twists and twirls – they made it fun! Then Siobhan’s dad’s band EmptyHead provided the soundtrack to the evening party.

What a fantastic wedding!

  • Lovely work! Very natural, but so very creative at the same time. It’s not easy capturing great wedding photographs, but you’ve certainly nailed this set!
